Paul Lavergne B.A., M.A.C.P., O.A.C.C.P.P., A.A.S.A.T. Certified Sexual Recovery Therapist
Paul received his ungraduate degree at York University and then went on to obtain his Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. He has also received training from the American Association of Sex Addiction Therapists and is currently the only Certified Sexual Recovery Therapist with AASAT in Ontario.
Paul has a wide range of life experience, having worked as a self-employed professional, as well as in the finance industry, in construction, and as a sales manager for a multi-national corporation. This has allowed Paul to be involved with a wide range of people from all walks of life, and develop a wide perspective on life's issues.
Paul has been working with those struggling with sexual and relational issues since 2007.
Paul knows and understands about sex addiction, and has a passion and a desire to see those affected by it set free to live healthy, strong and successful lives. He also knows from experience that with work and commitment, long term change is attainable.
In addition, Paul enjoys helping couples solve their relational problems, develop better intimacy and communication skills, and reconnect emotionally. He has also helped individuals dealing with stress, anger, depression and anxiety, and sexual dysfunctions.
