I work with adults, individuals and couples who are navigating mid- and later-life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they don’t feel like themselves anymore. They may notice they’re reacting in ways that don’t feel aligned with who they are, stuck in repetitive cycles, feeling disconnected from themselves and their loved ones, and lost and uncertain about how they want to show up.

That’s often when people discover me.

My background spans 25+ years of working with people through change — in corporate leadership, consulting, coaching, group programs, and now therapy. The consistent piece throughout has remained the same: helping people understand what’s happening for them, building awareness, and developing the resilience and resources to move forward.
My approach is personalized and integrated. I draw from DBT, Mindful Self-Compassion, Narrative therapy, Music therapy, CBT, EFT, SFBT, and other evidence-based approaches, building sessions around you rather than a fixed method. We work at a pace that honours your experience.

I often hear that something which felt confusing or uncertain has started to make sense. People say they feel heard, and that I offer a calming presence. That movement, from uncertainty toward clarity, and from reactivity to responsiveness, is what I work toward in every session. We walk together through this process with curiosity, compassion, and care, ensuring you feel supported.

I recognise and appreciate the courage it takes to reach out, and I’m glad you’re here.

Small steps lead to big change. I’ve lived it. I’d like to walk alongside you through yours.
